Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come into his presence with singing. (Psalm 100:1-2, NRSV)
These words are well known by some and at least recognizable to most. For nearly all, however, these words have been the cry of our hearts for many months. We want to sing unto the Lord, don’t we? We want to praise him not only with our hearts, but also with our mouths.
Well, I am so happy to announce that after many months of not being able to, we now can! Yes, we can sing during our worship time together! Praise God! Hallelujah! Now, I must note that while we can sing, we must still wear our face coverings and it is asked that we sing softly (not at the top of our lungs), so as to have some continued safeguards. Yet, we can sing! Yes, we can sing! Did I mention that we can sing!
I pray that this next step in our process of loosening restrictions is as much a blessing to you as it is to me. I invite you to join with us this Sunday and every Sunday thereafter so that we can unite our voices and praise our God in a way that we have so dearly missed. God is good. All the time. And all the time. God is good!

3 Know that the Lord is God.
It is he that made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him, bless his name.
5 For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations. (Psalm 100:3-5)
